They may leave any Virginia port but must weigh all catches on the day caught by the time specified in the tournament rules at 1 of 2 tournament weigh stations, Chris' Bait & Tackle or Eastern Shore Outfitters. Boat Details: Boats may have up to 4 anglers all of whom must be officially registered in the tournament prior to day's end October 7th, 2008 Entry Fees:
